Higher Education System Strengthening Project with the University of Utah and USAID

The Higher Education System Strengthening Activities Project (HESSA Project) is a five-year initiative funded by a $19 million grant from USAID. The project aims to improve and advance the higher education system in Pakistan, working with 16 different universities. Fenix Research and Evaluation as well as the University of Utah's role was to evaluate the project's impact, focusing on professional development activities. The team also developed leadership training for vice chancellors and deans of Pakistani universities.
